How we work

How We Work

Certified Hebrew-to-English translation of financial and official documents — verified line by line.

Banks, courts, and immigration authorities don't just need your documents in English. They need to trust every number on the page: a single transposed digit in an account number can delay a mortgage or a visa by weeks. Our entire process is built around that fact.

Four verification layers

  1. 1

Faithful layout, measured — not eyeballed.

The translation mirrors the original's structure — tables, totals, stamps and signatures noted in place — and the match is verified against the original — on fixed-layout forms and statements by measurement, on flowing documents page by page — so the receiving institution can compare the two side by side without guesswork.

  2. 2

    Every figure recomputed.

Subtotals, totals, balances and carry-forwards are independently recalculated and reconciled against the original. If the source itself contains an arithmetic inconsistency, we preserve it faithfully and flag it to you at delivery — we never silently "fix" a number.

  3. 3

    Identity numbers checked twice.

ID, account and reference numbers have no arithmetic to catch a misread digit — so on machine-readable documents every one is verified against the original in two independent passes, and both must agree before the document can go out.

  4. 4

    A second, independent review.

Before delivery, the finished translation is proofread in full by a reviewer who took no part in producing it — fidelity, layout, and the English itself.

Then the final check: the translator personally reviews every page and signs the certification.

Certification you can verify

A signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy is prepared and registered for every order, and included on request at no extra charge. Each certificate carries a unique serial number recorded in our register and is tied to the exact documents it certifies. Receiving institutions are welcome to contact us to confirm any serial — an unverifiable certificate is a forged one.

We're candid about scope: what we provide is a translator-certified translation — the form accepted by banks and immigration authorities such as USCIS and UKVI. Each authority sets its own requirements, and confirming what yours accepts rests with you or your advisor. If yours requires notarization, we're happy to refer you to a notary.
