What this site collects

The only information this website collects is what you enter into the quote or contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the document types you select, the number of documents and deadline if you give them, and any message you write.

The site uses no cookies and does not track individuals. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-preserving service that gives us aggregate statistics only (page views, loading speed) without identifying or profiling visitors.

Accessibility preferences you choose are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us.

How the form is processed

The quote form is processed by Netlify Forms. When you submit it, your details are emailed to us and also stored with Netlify's form service until we delete them; they are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else.

Your documents are handled separately

Client documents are not uploaded through this website. When you engage the service, you send them directly by email or WhatsApp. They are handled in strict confidence — used only to prepare your translation, never shared, published or reused, and deleted on request. To prepare translations we use secure, professional translation technology; any service provider we use is bound to keep documents confidential, to use them only to prepare your translation, and for no other purpose.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of established providers to run the site and our email:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing.
• Cloudflare — DNS (directing our domain name) and privacy-preserving, cookieless web analytics.
• Google Workspace — our business email.

Third-party services and where data is stored

If you contact us through a third-party service such as WhatsApp, that service's own privacy policy also applies. Our providers may store data in the European Union or the United States.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal details you have sent us. These rights are provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israel's Privacy Protection Law. To make a request, email sales@lctltd.com.

How long we keep information

We keep the details you send only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to complete and support your translation. After that they are deleted on request or in the ordinary course.
