Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms outline how the translation service works. They are meant to be clear and fair; a specific engagement may be confirmed separately in writing.
The service
We provide translation of Hebrew financial and legal documents into English, and a signed certificate of translation accuracy is available on request. Notarisation or an apostille is a separate step; if your bank or institution requires one, tell us what has been asked for and we'll advise on the steps.
Quotes and estimates
A quote is an estimate based on the documents and details you provide. It is not binding until we confirm the work in writing and you accept it.
Your source documents
You are responsible for supplying legible, complete source documents. The accuracy of the translation depends on the quality of the source you provide.
Accuracy and your review
Every translation is checked to a high standard — figures reconciled and identity numbers verified. Even so, please check names, dates and figures on receipt and tell us at once if anything needs correcting.
Corrections
If a translation we delivered contains an error of ours, tell us and we will correct it promptly, at no charge.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the decisions of any bank, lender or authority to which the translation is submitted.
Confidentiality
Your documents are treated as confidential. They are used only to prepare your translation and are never shared, published or reused for anyone else.
Using the translation
The translation is provided for your own submission use — for example, to a bank, lender or authority. You are responsible for how and where it is submitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
